With us, we value the experience you create in your customer interactions.

You will be responsible for your own ice cream truck and will be based out of our office north of Ludvika. You will be employed part-time with a minimum of three shifts per week, but you can work full-time during certain weeks.

The length of the work shift varies depending on where in the district you are scheduled for that day. We apply flexible scheduling, where the employee can partly help determine when the work shift will take place.

You will meet your customers by saying: “Hi! It’s great to see you out here again,” or “Who gets to decide on the ice cream purchase today?”

Providing an experience for our customers will be central to your new role.

The job is very much about making sure that Kajsa, 4 years old, Erik, 82 years old, and everyone in between, meet the Hemglass truck with a smile. We like to call it being a joy spreader.

We are looking for someone who is quick, truly likes people, and understands the value of customer focus and engagement, even if it rains on a Tuesday evening.

It is also important that you enjoy working independently since you are practically running your own shop on wheels.

With us, you work afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A B driving license is a requirement.

We want to create an experience for our customers regardless of age. An important part of the job is to be able to make yourself understood and to understand others. Good Swedish is therefore our second requirement.

For us at Hemglass, it is important that you like your customers, service, and sales. Central to us is that you are cheerful, friendly, and engaged.
